Our Little Artist Clubs for young artists are a great place to start learning about drawing and painting and becoming confident in different media. We recommend the Little Artist Club for all children of Infant age at primary school. There are three terms in a year and each course runs for ten weeks. Each course covers a different subject, for example ‘Around the World in 10 Paintings’, ‘Story Book Characters’ and ‘Under the Sea’.

Throughout the ten week course children will develop their drawing skills through a series of fun drawing and painting exercises. Every week the children will use different drawing and painting materials. Our policy at The Little Art School is to use artists’ materials, rather than an infant equivalent. Children quickly adapt to using watercolour washes correctly when they are taught using correct techniques. They are always delighted with their finished result as well as taking a pride in using the ‘proper’ artist’s materials!
